When you use photo logging, your images are processed (including by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf) to identify foods and estimate nutritional values. These estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed to be accurate. See our Terms of Service for important disclaimers.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure (for example, Google Firebase / Google Cloud), analytics providers, and AI processing providers. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- App stores and payment processors, such as Apple, to process and manage subscriptions.

- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing include performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with law.
